After deployment, we enter the measurement period. We track the agreed metrics together to verify your automations are delivering the targeted time savings.
During the optimization period, we refine, optimize, and adjust your automations to ensure they reach the targeted performance levels.

The measurement period begins on the date the agreed automations are fully deployed to your production environment and your team has completed the handoff training session. The start date is confirmed in writing by both parties.

If the targeted time savings have not been achieved during the optimization period, we continue refining the automations. This includes diagnosing bottlenecks, optimizing existing automations, and making adjustments as needed.
The guarantee requires reasonable cooperation from your side:
The guarantee does not cover situations where the client materially changes the scope of automated workflows after deployment, refuses to provide agreed access or data, or chooses not to use the deployed automations. It also does not apply to downtime caused by third-party services outside our control.
